Hey.
I'm Red.
Christin, if we're being formal about it. Almost nobody is.
Intuitive life coach, medium, folklore nerd, paranormal investigator, and a woman who spent most of her life being told she notices too much.
Turns out that was never the problem. That was the whole job.
I don't coach the way
most people coach.
I don't hand you a framework and send you home to fill in the blanks. I sit in it with you. The confusion, the grief, the way old patterns show up right when you thought you'd finally dealt with them.
I'm direct, I'm warm, and I will absolutely tell you the thing you already know but haven't wanted to say out loud.
The work draws from somatic practice, embodiment, astrology that translates to your actual life, and a genuine fascination with why people do the things they do. Especially the things that hurt them.
I've done this work myself. That's not a marketing line. It's the reason the sessions go somewhere real.
I know what it costs to make yourself smaller, and I know how long it takes to unlearn it.
I hear the ancestors.
And the guides. And spirit.
Ancestors. Guides. The ones who stayed close and the ones who came back to say something. I've been hearing them since long before I had a word for what that was.
In a reading, we will get messages. From spirit, from your guides, from the universe itself. That part I can tell you with confidence, because it happens every single time.
What I will never do is promise you your person.
The ancestors are their own beings. They have their own work, their own reasons, their own timing. I cannot summon your mother on command and I will never pretend otherwise. Anyone who tells you they can is selling you something.
But if they have something to say, they show up. They always have. And when they do, you'll know it was them, because the details won't be the kind of thing I could have guessed.
That's the deal. I don't force. I listen. And I tell you exactly what I get, even when it doesn't make sense to me.
The other half of my work
lives in the dark.
And it isn't a hobby. It's lineage.
My people came from the British Isles, Germany, and Scandinavia, and settled into the mountains, and the stories came with them. The signs you watch for. The things you don't do after dark. The reason you cover the mirrors. My grandmother's generation still knew those things without ever calling them anything. They just knew.
Into the Hollow is where I keep them. Folklore from the British Isles, Appalachia, the Nordic countries, and everywhere else the old stories took root. Cryptids. Hauntings. The things people have been reporting for four hundred years and still can't explain.
Lore doesn't get graded here. It doesn't get mocked. It gets listened to, the way it deserves.
I've investigated real places. The Idaho Hotel in Silver City. The West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville. And many others. Not for content. Because something is there, and it deserves to be approached with respect.
Somewhere in between,
there's the sky.
The Cosmic Body Forecast came out of a simple observation. Some bodies feel things before they arrive. Storms. Shifts. The heaviness of a full moon two days before anyone checks a calendar.
If you have fibromyalgia, FND, migraines, long COVID, or a nervous system that never quite got the memo about safety, you already know this is real. You just didn't have language for it.
So I built the language.
Space weather, lunar rhythms, and real transit data, braided into a weekly forecast that tells you what kind of day it is before you spend your energy figuring it out.
Here's what you should
probably know.
- I have four daughters. They are gloriously feral and I homeschool them, which means my house is loud and there is always a science experiment happening somewhere I did not authorize.
- My cats have opinions about everything, and they're usually right.
- My bookshelves are chaos and I refuse to organize them.
- I live in Idaho, which is a strange and beautiful place to be a woman who talks to ghosts for a living.
All of this is mine. The coaching and the mediumship and the folklore and the astrology. They're not separate things I do. They're the same thing, told different ways.
It's all the same question underneath. What do you already know that you haven't let yourself believe yet?
Welcome to the whole weird wonderful thing.
